About these terms

Sąskaitėlės (saskaiteles.lt) is a personal, non-commercial application operated by Karolis Noreika. Using the application means accepting these terms. If they are not acceptable, the application should not be used.

02

What the application does

Sąskaitėlės connects — read-only — to the operator's own bank accounts through Enable Banking, a licensed Account Information Service provider under PSD2, and presents balances, transactions, net worth, and long-term projections. It never initiates payments and never moves funds.

03

A single operator

The application has one user — its operator — acting on their own accounts. It is not offered to, and must not be used on behalf of, any third party.

04

Provided “as is”

The application is provided without warranty of any kind. It is a personal record-keeping and planning tool, not investment, tax, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data received from banks or intermediaries.

05

Third-party services

Account access is delivered by Enable Banking Oy and by each connected bank, each under its own terms and privacy notice. The operator is subject to those terms when authorising and maintaining a connection.

06

Acceptable use

The application may be used only for lawful, personal purposes and only against accounts the operator is entitled to access. Any other use is outside the scope of these terms.

07

Consent and termination

Bank access depends on PSD2 consent that the operator grants per bank and may revoke at any time, at the bank or via Enable Banking. The operator may stop using the application at any time; on revocation, data access ends.

08

Liability

The operator uses the application at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for losses arising from its use, from data provided by third parties, or from interruptions in bank connectivity. No liability is owed to any third party, as none is a user.

09

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as the application evolves; the effective date above reflects the current version. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
